anCnoc elves

While the spirit we make now won't make it into the bottles for twelve, eighteen or perhaps thirty years and more, somehow it still manages to get busier around here before Christmas. This year we decided to invite a few well-known whisky characters to help us get through the Festive workload.
While not all the tasks we planned for them were completed – it took our lovely guests half a day to do what the Men of Knock would manage in ten minutes – in principle they helped lightedn the workload hear at the distillery. But to be honest they just made us smile!
But seriously, it was great to have friends around, haste ye back. Hope this little experience helped you appreciate that working at a Distillery is not as easy as it looks.
Sláinte!
